The star fruit (technical name Carambola), is known all over the world, but originated in Southeast Asia. It’s the perfect fruit to enhance vitamin A, B Complex and C, plus it offers minerals like phosphorus, calcium, iron and potassium. The Carambola fruit has a slightly astringent taste, being high in oxalic acid which has digestive properties. Its highly recommended for cocktails, or adding to your smoothies and vitamin shakes, or just chilled…it’s ready to drink. It’s a great all-around drink and the price is comparable to other bottled drinks.

Maqui berries are believed to have more antioxidants than Acai, which is quite amazing, and more anthocyanins and polyphenols than red wine.
