Probably a bit too sweet and a bit more fats than I would have liked but that' fine as to me it tastes good as long as I get the benefits of Acai. I drink it as part of a light lunch with some yogurt and granola when im too busy at work to have a real lunch, or sometimes in the morning if I run out of my usual green drink powder. tatse great, fills you up and great nutrition.
